Temporary Deactivation

Temporary deactivation allows you to take a break from Zwee while preserving all your data and settings. Your account will be hidden from public view, but everything remains intact for when you return.

Yes, temporarily deactivated accounts can be reactivated instantly by logging in. Permanently deleted accounts cannot be recovered after the 30-day grace period.

What happens to my active tickets during deactivation?

Active tickets remain valid during temporary deactivation but are hidden from public view. If you win during deactivation, you'll be notified via email and can reactivate to claim prizes.

Will I lose my username if I deactivate?

Temporary deactivation preserves your username. Permanent deletion releases your username for others to use after 90 days.

Can I download my data before deleting my account?
