2. Eligibility

3. How Our Platform Works

• Users can participate in community-funded deals to acquire merchandise at a fraction of the retail price.
• Each product has a funding goal, a set price per participant, and a deadline for reaching the goal.
• If the funding goal is met, the product is distributed to participants according to the platform's allocation rules.
• If the funding goal is not met, participants will receive a full refund or store credit.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway.
• If a deal is unsuccessful, participants will receive a full refund or credit to use on another deal.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

5. Product Authenticity & Availability

• We ensure that all listed products come from verified sellers.
• If a product becomes unavailable after funding is completed, a full refund will be issued.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, create multiple accounts, or attempt to manipulate the platform.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Successful deals will be shipped to the address provided by the user.
• The user awarded the deal is responsible for shipping costs and any insurance cost where deemed necessary by the user.
• Estimated delivery times vary based on location and logistics.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

8. Cancellations & Order Changes

• Once a contribution is made to a deal, it cannot be canceled unless the funding goal is not met.
• Changes to delivery addresses can be requested before a deal closes.

9. Termination of Account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Terminated users will forfeit any active deals without refund if the violation involves fraud or abuse.

10. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes, users must first contact customer support.
• If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with United States laws.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any changes.
