Zwee User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Zwee. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Zwee's platform, services, and marketplace. By accessing or using Zwee, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Zwee, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. Marketplace Terms

• Zwee provides a marketplace where users can acquire products through a ticket-based system.
• Sellers must comply with Zwee's Seller Qualification Process before listing items.
• Zwee retains the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at its discretion.

4. Payment & Fees

• Buyers may purchase tickets for product entries using valid payment methods.
• Zwee collects fees from transactions and retains the right to adjust fees at any time.
• Sellers receive payouts once their listings are successfully completed.

5. Sweepstakes & Fair Play

• All ticket-based product draws are randomly selected using an AI-driven fairness system.
• Zwee ensures compliance with applicable sweepstakes laws by offering a free method of entry.
• Users found attempting to manipulate or exploit the system will have their accounts suspended.

6. Refunds & Disputes

• All sales are final except where required by law.
• Zwee reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.
• Disputes between users may be mediated by Zwee, but Zwee holds no liability for disputes outside its control.

7. Intellectual Property

• Users grant Zwee a license to use any content submitted (e.g., product images, reviews) for marketing and operational purposes.
• All Zwee trademarks, logos, and branding are the property of Zwee.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use automated tools or bots to manipulate entries or transactions.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, scams, or attempts to circumvent platform rules.
• Post false or misleading information about listings or Zwee's services.

9. Termination of Accounts

Zwee reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of this Agreement, fraudulent activities, or actions that negatively impact the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Zwee is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, user disputes, or third-party actions.
• By using the platform, you agree to indemnify Zwee against any legal claims arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Los Angeles, California. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
