Troubleshooting common login issues and getting back into your Zwee account quickly.

Quick Solutions - Try These First:

• Double-check your email and password

• Make sure Caps Lock is off

• Clear your browser cache and cookies

• Try a different browser or incognito mode

• Check your email for verification links

• Use the password reset option

Password problems

"Password is incorrect"

Check the basics:

  • • Make sure Caps Lock is turned off
  • • Verify you're typing the correct email address
  • • Try typing your password in a text editor to verify it
  • • Check for extra spaces before or after your password

Solution: If you're still having trouble, use the password reset option.

"Too many failed login attempts"

Your account has been temporarily locked for security after multiple failed login attempts.

Solution: Wait 15-30 minutes before trying again, or use the password reset option to regain access immediately.

Password Reset Process

Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?"

Enter your email address and click "Send reset email"

Check your email (including spam folder) for reset instructions

Click the link in the email and follow instructions to set a new password

Account locked or suspended

Temporarily Locked Account

Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts for security purposes.

What to do: Wait 30 minutes and try again, or use the password reset option. The lock will automatically expire.

Suspended Account

Account suspensions occur due to violations of our terms of service or suspicious activity.

What to do: Check your email for suspension details. If you believe this is an error, contact our support team.

Incomplete Account Setup

You may be blocked from logging in if your account setup isn't complete.

Common issues: Unverified email address, incomplete profile information, or pending verification steps.

Email verification issues

Didn't receive verification email

Check these locations:

  • • Spam or junk mail folder
  • • Promotions tab (Gmail users)
  • • Blocked senders list
  • • Email filters that might redirect messages

Solution: Go to your profile settings and click "Resend verification email". Add noreply@zwee.com to your safe senders list.

Verification link expired

Verification links expire after 24 hours for security reasons.

Solution: Request a new verification email from your account settings or the verification prompt when you try to log in.

Wrong email address

If you signed up with the wrong email address or made a typo.

Solution: You'll need to create a new account with the correct email address. Contact support if you have important data in the old account.

Browser and cache problems

Clear browser cache and cookies

Outdated cache and cookies can cause login issues. Here's how to clear them:

Chrome:
  1. 1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac)
  2. 2. Select "All time" for time range
  3. 3. Check "Cookies" and "Cached images"
  4. 4. Click "Clear data"
Safari:
  1. 1. Safari → Preferences → Privacy
  2. 2. Click "Manage Website Data"
  3. 3. Find Zwee.com and remove it
  4. 4. Restart your browser

Try incognito/private mode

Private browsing mode can help identify if extensions or stored data are causing issues.

How to: Press Ctrl+Shift+N (Chrome) or Ctrl+Shift+P (Firefox) to open private mode. Try logging in from there.

Disable browser extensions

Ad blockers, privacy extensions, or password managers can sometimes interfere with login.

Try: Temporarily disable all extensions, especially ad blockers and privacy tools. Re-enable them one by one to identify the problematic extension.

Zwee works best with up-to-date versions of these browsers:

Chrome 90+
Safari 14+
Firefox 88+
Edge 90+

Common error messages

"Network error" or "Connection failed"

Check your internet connection and try again. If using a VPN, try disabling it.

"Session expired"

Your login session has timed out. Refresh the page and log in again.

"Invalid email format"

Make sure your email address is formatted correctly (example@domain.com).

"Account not found"

Double-check your email address or try signing up if you haven't created an account yet.

"Please verify your email"

Check your email for a verification link. Look in spam folders and request a new verification email if needed.
