Refunds SLA

For unsuccessful or cancelled deals, Zwee initiates refunds promptly.

  • Timeline: Refunds typically complete in 3–5 business days after initiation.
  • Method: Funds are returned to the original payment method (card or ACH).
  • Variance: Your bank/payment network controls posting speed; some institutions may take longer.
  • Status: If you don’t see the credit after 7 business days, contact support at support@zwee.io with your order ID.

Note: Chargebacks and duplicate refunds are prevented by our payment processor. Contact support for edge cases.
